Underground Brick and RCP

Under the city there is a network of structures designed to move and store water to prevent it from washing out the structures built above. Some of them are quite lovely.

But THE ACTUAL RULE is NEVER enter a storm drain when there is ANY rain in the forecast ANYWHERE nearby. I CANNOT stress this enough. Have fun, but play safe.
